Sinan Kahya

Chief Financial Officer

Sinan Kahya is the Chief Financial Officer at Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, where he oversees a wide spectrum of financial operations including Tax, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Treasury functions.

His responsibilities encompass debt sourcing from the U.S. capital markets to the Sukuk market and the global banking sector, collaborating with debt providers from every continent. Sinan ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance with international accounting standards while managing tax strategies to optimize the company’s fiscal efficiency. His comprehensive oversight contributes to DAE’s robust financial health and global reach.

Sinan joined Dubai Aerospace Enterprise in 2014. He has played a key role in the company’s many successes and in transforming it into a leading aviation services corporation with two market-leading divisions: DAE Capital, a global top-ten aircraft lessor, and DAE Engineering, the region’s largest independent maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility.

Earlier in his career, he held Treasury and Credit Analysis roles in banking in Dubai, Amsterdam and Istanbul.

Sinan has a Master’s degree in Finance, specializing in Corporate Finance and Banking, from VU University in Amsterdam, Netherlands and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mathematics Education from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Türkiye. He has also been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2016.
