• Profit: US$99.0 million (Q1 2018: US$96.0 million)
• Pre-Tax Profit Margin: 30% (Q1 2018: 31%)
• Net Debt-to-Equity: 2.56x (Year-end 2018: 2.57x)
• Unsecured Debt as a percentage of Total Debt: 54% (Year-end 2018: 46%)
