Dubai, U.A.E., 5 May 2022 – Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd today announced the following two promotions with an effective date in the third quarter of 2022:
Sinan joined DAE in 2014 and has previously been responsible for Corporate Development, Financial Planning and Analysis, Fixed Income Investor Relations and interfacing with credit rating agencies. Sinan has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mathematics, a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Banking and is a CFA charterholder. Prior to joining DAE, Sinan worked in credit and treasury roles in banks.
Melissa joined DAE in 2008 and has been previously responsible for almost all groups within the accounting function. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining DAE, Melissa worked in public accounting.
Firoz Tarapore, Chief Executive Officer of DAE said, “These appointments are a consequence of consolidating the Finance function into the headquarters location in Dubai. Sinan has the trust of our senior leaders and will make an excellent Finance leader as we aim to grow our business to the next stage of our development. Sinan replaces Jennifer Creevey, who has done a stellar job as Chief Financial Officer since her appointment in 2017. We wish Jennifer every success in her future endeavours.
