The DAE Graduate Program is an 18-month immersive experience designed for recent graduates ready to take off in the aviation industry. This program offers graduates the chance to gain crucial experience across various departments within our global offices, helping them soar as they build industry knowledge and skills. A key feature of the program is international exposure, including the opportunity to travel and work at our headquarters in Dubai. This hands-on experience prepares interns to thrive in the fast-paced aviation sector and accelerate their careers toward success.

What We Offer

The DAE Graduate Program provides a structured learning experience with mentorship from seasoned aviation professionals. Participants will receive hands-on training across multiple departments, such as Aircraft Investor Services (AIS), Pricing and Risk Management, and Finance, giving interns a comprehensive understanding of the aviation industry.

The program takes flight in June 2025, empowering graduates to chart their career paths in aviation.
